Gingy is available in 3 hardwood options- Walnut, Oak, or Aspen. All boards are finished in our food safe wax. Due to the natural characteristics of the wood each board will vary in graining and color.
Boards are food safe, but use caution when placing food that could stain the board, such as oily meat or berries. Hand wash only with a damp soapy cloth. Do not submerge. Dry promptly.
Over time the board may dry out and lose its luster. Apply a food safe wax or oil to replenish the beauty of your board. We sell our homemade food safe wax in the shop.
