Returns/Refund Policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only permitted in certain circumstances.

Ruffled Nest is committed to creating and selling unique, high quality merchandise.  If they arrive damaged, you may return them using the following return process: 

Please email us at rufflednestdecor@gmail.com, entering Return Claim on the subject line.  We will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims.  All claims must be submitted and received within 10 days from receipt of shipment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Order Number, Quantity, and a photo of the damage or defect.
