Each board goes through a meticulous process to create the pattern of the various woods. The boards also have a juice groove added to contain any juices from meat, etc...

Pattern 1- Primarily made up of Purple Heart & Cherry with accents of Maple and Walnut hardwoods.
Pattern 2- Primarily made up of African Teak, Wenge wood, & Cherry with accents of Padauk and Purple Heart Hardwoods.
Pattern 3- Primarily made up of Padauk with Oak and Walnut accents.
Pattern 4- Primarily made up of Cherry and Padauk with accents of Oak and Wenge wood.
Pattern 5- Primarily made up of Walnut with accents of Padauk and Wenge wood.
Pattern 6- A Combination of Padauk, Cherry, Walnut and Wenge wood with Maple accents.
Pattern 7- Primarily Padauk and Walnut with accents of Maple, Wenge wood, & Purple Heart.
Pattern 8- Primarily Cherry hardwood with accents of Maple, Oak, Wenge wood, & Padauk.
Pattern 9- A combination of Walnut and Maple Hardwoods.
As with any wood board, use caution when used for serving food. Discoloration can occur from meats, cheeses, and berries. Never submerge the board in water. Use a damp, soapy cloth to clean. Dry promptly. Over time the wood may lose its luster. If you use the board for cutting it will age the board. Simply apply any food safe wax or oil to condition the wood and it will bring back the vibrancy of the wood. We sell our handmade wax that is used to finish all of our boards. It is great to have on hand to protect the beauty and finish of your boards.
